Engineer Rouhi Al-Arabi, Founder and President 

Engineer Rouhi Al-Arabi holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and is currently enrolled in the Faculty of Law at Cairo University. Additionally, he is pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration at the Faculty of Statistics, Cairo University. With over 25 years of experience in various industry sectors, he is a communications consultant, specializing in government relations, public relations, crisis management, negotiation skills, consulting, and event management. Since 2018, he has served as Chairman of the Board of Consulting ARM. Alongside his educational background and extensive experience, Engineer Rouhi has completed programs at prestigious institutions such as the Nasser Higher Military Academy and the National Defense College.

Dr. Eman El-Shami, Founder and Vice President 

 Dr. Eman El-Shami has an outstanding academic background, holding a Ph.D. in International Law and another in Human Development from the University of Toronto, Canada. She also holds a Master’s degree in Public Relations and Media, along with several diplomas in Public Relations. Dr. El-Shami obtained her Bachelor's degree and Ph.D. in Law from Cairo University. She is a prominent researcher in international law, contributing to the African Arab Encyclopedia of Economic Integration under the auspices of the African Union and the Arab League. Throughout her career, Dr. El-Shami has held significant positions, including President of the International Academy for Advanced Studies and Secretary-General of the Arab Union for Advanced Studies. Her contributions extend to the academic field, where she has excelled as a faculty member and trainer at the Arab Academy for Advanced Studies.

Brigadier General Imad Al-Yamani, Treasurer

 Brigadier General Emad El-Yamani is the Head of the Projects Division at El Sewedy, with a long history in project management, oil and gas, crisis management, and training program development. He holds a Bachelor of Military Sciences degree. Additionally, Brigadier General El-Yamani has obtained several certifications in safety and occupational health from OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) at the General Industries Academy, accredited by the Federal Department of Labor in the United States, as well as other certifications from the American University in Cairo.

Hesham El-Lamam, Founder and Secretary-General 

 Mr. Hesham El-Lamam is the Operations Manager at Raslan Group and has extensive professional experience in the real estate and management sectors. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ain Shams University. Mr. Hesham also holds other distinguished positions, including Chairman of the Board at Garage Restaurant Management Company and a board member at All Seasons Real Estate and Tourism Investment Company.

Dr. Amani Fouad, Founder and Board Member

 Dr. Amani Fouad serves as the Assistant General Manager of Public Relations at the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS). With extensive experience and dedicated work in the oil sector since 2009, she is a prominent expert in her field. Dr. Fouad holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport and distinguished herself in her profession by earning a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the same institution. Additionally, she completed courses at the Nasser Higher Military Academy, particularly in anti-corruption. As a member of the Public Relations Department at Homeland Defenders, she has also contributed to initiatives aimed at promoting transparency and accountability.

Dr. Heba Hafiz, Advisor of the Chairman 

  Dr. Heba Hafiz earned her Ph.D. from the University of Calgary in Canada, with her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from the American University in Cairo. She has over three decades of professional experience across the Middle East, North Africa, Africa, and Canada. An international expert in international development, Dr. Heba has held senior positions in USAID and the United Nations. Her professional expertise includes communications and media, marketing and fundraising, education and training, monitoring and evaluation, leadership, and the empowerment of women and youth. Dr. Heba was the only Egyptian expert appointed by high-level UN climate champions to serve as Communications Director for the Middle East and Africa for COP26, COP27, and COP28 under British champion Nigel Topping and Egyptian champion Dr. Mahmoud Mohieldin. As an academic, she has taught at the University of Calgary, the American University in Cairo, the British University in Egypt, and Cairo University. Nationally, Dr. Heba served as the Director of Communications at the Egyptian Cabinet for the Tahya Misr Fund and as the founder and Executive Director of the Presidential Fund, Ata’ Charitable Investment Fund for Persons with Disabilities, Egypt’s first charitable investment fund.

Dr. Haitham Zakaria, Board Advisor 

 Dr. Haitham Zakaria is the Assistant General Manager of the Organization Department at United Bank. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a focus on Business Process Reengineering and its impact on banking service quality from Ain Shams University. His expertise spans various fields, including import and export operations (documentary credits and international letter guarantees), as well as specialties in business process reengineering, quality assurance, and total quality management. Additionally, he demonstrates a strong commitment to community development, effectively addressing social and economic dimensions.
