The United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP27) held in Sharm El Sheikh in 2022 provided an unprecedented opportunity to educate Egyptian citizens about environmental issues and how to combat climate change. This led to an increase in environmental awareness among the public, but mobilizing Egyptian citizens requires further interventions to tackle climate change. The Environmental Awareness Program aims to educate citizens about the urgent need to protect the environment and the impacts of climate change through workshops, seminars, and educational campaigns to enhance environmental awareness and empower individuals to make informed decisions.
